Dorset Road, another prominent site, spans 111,934 square feet and is anticipated to yield about 425 units. The closing date for this tender is set for October 9, 2025. Its proximity to various amenities, including shopping and recreational facilities, has led to positive expectations regarding buyer response.

Developers are likely to find this site appealing, given the potential for high demand driven by its convenience and accessibility. The combination of residential units and nearby amenities positions the Dorset Road site as an attractive option for those looking to invest in a vibrant community.

The Upper Thomson Road site, designated as Parcel A, covers 262,875 square feet and has the capacity to yield around 595 residential units. This site also includes commercial use on the first storey, which could enhance the overall appeal of the development.

However, it is noteworthy that the Upper Thomson Road site previously experienced no bids when it was launched in December 2023. This lack of interest may raise questions regarding its appeal, yet the current tender process may yield different results as market dynamics evolve.

The closing date for submissions for this site is October 23, 2025, and it remains to be seen how developers will respond this time around.
